This low-oblique, east-northeast-looking photograph shows the Columbia River downstream from McNary Dam. Visible are numerous agricultural field patterns, including pivot-irrigation fields on both sides of the river. The small city of Hermiston, Oregon, is barely discernible south of McNary Dam.
